Mk7 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users who access and use mk7's services. Please read it carefully before registering or using any part of this platform.

Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by mk7, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the mk7 platform.

Use of the mk7 platform is limited to individuals who:

Aged 18 or above at the time of registration;
Being in a jurisdiction where the use of online entertainment platforms is permitted;
Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any third party;
Not appearing on any prohibition or restriction list issued by the relevant authorities.

Mk7 reserves the right to reject registration applications or suspend accounts without notice if the above eligibility requirements are not met.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on mk7. Registering multiple accounts to conceal identity, circumvent restrictions, or claim registration benefits more than once is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Users are solely responsible for:

The confidentiality of their account password and login credentials;
All activity that takes place under their account, whether or not they were aware of it;
Ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current and complete;
Reporting to mk7 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Mk7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.

Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct

Users of the mk7 platform are prohibited from doing the following:

Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the platform without prior written consent from mk7;
Manipulating, cheating, or attempting to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means;
Engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that violates Malaysian law;
Sharing your account or allowing another person to access it;
Exploiting technical bugs or system errors for unauthorised gain — any winnings obtained through such means will be voided;
Harassing, threatening, or behaving abusively towards other users or mk7 staff.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and legal action where necessary.

Payment, Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

All transactions on the mk7 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made through the local payment channels listed in your account's finance section, including bank transfers and approved e-wallets.

Important information regarding financial transactions:

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected;
Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account registered in the same name as the mk7 account holder;
Mk7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements;
Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method and are typically completed within one to three business days;
Any deposit made through a third party or not in the name of the registered user may be declined and returned without prior notice.

Mk7 does not cover any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers during the deposit or withdrawal process.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

Mk7 Liability

Mk7 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of funds, service interruptions, technical errors, or delays in transaction processing. The mk7 platform is provided "as is" and we make no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption at all times.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, graphics, text, and software on the mk7 platform are the exclusive property of mk7 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from mk7.

Third-party links

The mk7 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mk7 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Accessing those links is done entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Closure, Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Account closure and suspension policy

Mk7 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Users may also request voluntary account closure by contacting customer support via email. Any valid remaining balance will be returned upon completion of the review, subject to there being no outstanding restrictions or liabilities.

Right to amend terms

Mk7 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the mk7 platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user's responsibility to review this page periodically.

Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from the use of the mk7 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute may be referred to the established resolution process.
